What this service is

EveryMaid is an informational directory. We publish compiled information about cleaning companies operating in New York City so that readers can compare and contact them.

What this service is not

We do not employ, dispatch, train, insure, bond, license, supervise, or background-check any provider listed here. We are not an agent or broker for any provider, we take no bookings and no payment, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Any arrangement you enter into with a cleaning company is between you and that company. Confirm insurance, price, scope, and availability directly with them before hiring.

Accuracy

Listings are compiled from public sources and reviewed by a person before publication, and each listing shows when it was last checked. Prices, hours, and coverage change without notice, and we do not warrant that any listing is complete, current, or accurate. Treat everything here as a starting point for your own enquiry.

Ratings and third-party content

Ratings shown on listing pages come from Yelp and Google, are fetched live, and remain the property of those services. We do not host, moderate, verify, or combine reviews, and we are not responsible for their content. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, do not use listings to send unsolicited commercial messages to the businesses listed, and do not republish the directory wholesale. A documented JSON endpoint is available at /api/providers for reasonable programmatic use.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EveryMaid is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from reliance on any listing, or from any dealing with a provider found through it.
